If you have a networked version of Timeslips but get errors when one particular user is logged in or when more than one user logs in to Timeslips you probably have a “path” issue.
Turn off TSTimer on any computer where it is running, open Timeslips on one computer at a time and go to Help – About Timeslips. The Installation Folder shown should be the same for everyone, although the drive letter can be different.
If there’s a problem we can help you fix it quickly. If you want to try it, close Timeslips and open Station Administrator. Go to options – change install path and locate the Timeslip.cfg file using the correct path.
Every Timeslips network should have only one Timeslip.cfg file and it should be on the server.
